About the service
We carry out energy audits and energy performance certification of apartment buildings, public buildings, offices and other non-residential buildings. We survey the building, assess the building envelope and building services, check consumption data and calculate the building’s energy performance indicators.
We prepare energy efficiency improvement measures with projected energy savings, costs and economic justification. Where the assignment requires it, we prepare an energy performance certificate or a temporary energy performance certificate and complete the necessary steps in the Construction Information System (BIS).
