Electrical installation for office premises on Tērbatas iela
During the refurbishment of an office building, Enerfix installed a new electrical installation, assembled the distribution boards and connected the lighting, sockets and building services circuits. Site area: 1,380 m².
Scope of work
Cable and wiring installation, distribution board assembly, installation of protective devices and residual current devices, lighting and socket circuits, power supply for ventilation and fan coil units, labelling and measurements.
Situation and challenge
During the refurbishment we had to adapt to a changing work schedule and the sequence of other construction works. With a large number of circuits, the distribution had to be clear, well protected and practical to operate.
Result
The client has given positive feedback on the quality of the work and our involvement in finding solutions.
